Where should you start your journey to connect with God and with His church at FBCMO?

The Doorway Class
If you are ready to explore more about Jesus and about His church, then this is where you should start!  The Doorway Class is a 4-session course designed to explore the basics of Christianity and church membership.  It's kind of like "Church 101." No prior knowledge is required!  Completing the Doorway Class does not cause you to be a member.  The Doorway Class is just a simple way to help you to find out more, so that you can make an informed decision about Jesus and about FBC.  The Doorway Class is normally taught by Pastor Tim.  We meet on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. several months in the year.  Contact ourchurch@fbcmtorab.org to enroll in the class.

 

Sunday School/Bible Study
Each Sunday at 9:45 a.m., we have Bible study groups for all ages.  Collectively we call these Bible studies, "Sunday School." In Sunday School adults are provided a relaxed, small group environment in which you can explore the teachings of the Bible.  It is also the place where you can connect to God's people. 

Sunday School also includes Bible classes for children of all ages.  These classes are active-learning driven.  No more sitting still for an hour while the teacher talks!  Also, parents will be encouraged to know that all our workers have undergone a background check prior to being enlisted in children's ministry.  Your children are safe with us!  Contact our Minister to Children for more information.
